1 Digital delivery only
Everything we deliver is digital. Nothing is shipped, so there are no shipping costs and no delivery address to give us.
2 How your photos reach you
After your session we edit and deliver your photos as a private online gallery. You get a link and an access code by email and text, sent to the contact details you booked with. From there you can view the full set and download it in the resolution included with your package.
3 How long it takes
A first set of finished photos arrives within 48 hours of your session, and your complete gallery within 7 days. We will confirm your expected date at the shoot.
Convocation season is our busiest stretch, so if anything is going to run long we will let you know rather than leave you guessing.
4 How long we keep your gallery
Your gallery stays live and re-downloadable for the archive period that came with your package. After that the files are permanently removed from our servers.
5 Keeping your own copy
Whichever package you booked, please download your photos to your own computer or cloud storage as soon as they arrive. Treat our archive as a convenience, never as your only copy.
6 If you cannot find your gallery
Check your spam folder first, since delivery emails sometimes land there. If it is still missing, message us with the name you booked under and your session date and we will resend the link the same day. Details are on the Your Photos page.
7 If something is wrong with your gallery
If a file will not download, an image looks corrupted, or the count does not match your package, tell us and we will fix it. We would much rather hear about it than have you assume that is how it is meant to look.
8 AI-assisted editing
The photos we deliver are edited with the help of AI features, for tasks such as noise reduction, masking and clean-up. Some of those tools run on the provider’s servers rather than on our own computer, which means your images are uploaded to that provider to be processed.
A person edits and checks every gallery before it goes out. If you would prefer that your photos were not put through cloud-based tools, tell us before your session and we will talk it through.
