Sessions for Every Body.

Accessible grad photo sessions on campus: step-free routes to the classic backdrops, seated and standing poses that both look intentional, pacing with built-in rest stops, and a support person welcome at no charge. Tell us what helps and we plan the route around it.

Photos that fit you, not the other way around.

Every grad crossing that stage earned the photos to match, and a session should never depend on how far you can walk, how long you can stand, or whether stairs are part of your day. We photograph grads who use wheelchairs, canes and mobility devices, grads managing chronic pain or fatigue, and grads who simply want a calmer pace. The photos look exactly like everyone else’s, because we plan the route instead of asking you to push through it.

Here is how that works in practice.

Step-free routes through our favourite spots.

The classic backdrops do not require stairs. Johnston Hall, the Gryphon statue and Alumni Walk connect by paved and brick walkways, and the frames we love at each spot work from ground level; nobody has to climb steps to get the photo that goes on the wall. Where a spot has both a stepped and a level approach, we simply take the level one.

We also plan the starting point around where you can arrive. Tell us how you are getting to campus and we will pick a first spot close to drop-off or accessible parking, so the session starts at the photos, not with a long walk to reach them.

Seated and standing poses both look intentional.

Some of our favourite frames on campus are seated: the stone walls, the benches by the Portico, the balustrades outside the limestone buildings. Seated posing is not the backup plan, it is half our lookbook. If standing for long stretches is hard, we build the session around spots where sitting is the shot, and mix in brief standing frames only if you want them.

Pacing, rest stops, and time that flexes.

A session is not a race between backdrops. We plan routes with natural rest points, benches, shade and places to put a bag down, and we treat breaks as part of the plan rather than time lost. Great photos happen when you are comfortable, so pausing is never something to apologise for.

If energy is the limiting factor, package choice helps too. Our Signature session covers 3 campus spots and Premium covers 6, so you can pick the footprint that matches your day rather than stretching to fill one. The full comparison is on our pricing page.

Bring a support person, at no charge.

Anyone who helps you through the day is welcome through the whole session at no charge: a family member, a friend, an attendant. They can hold water, carry the gown between spots, or just be company. If they end up in a few candid frames, even better, but there is no obligation for them to appear in a single photo.

Tell us what helps, and we plan around it.

The only thing we need from you is information, in whatever detail you want to share. When you book, use the notes to tell us things like:

  • whether you use a mobility device, and what surfaces work best for it
  • how long you are comfortable standing or walking before a break
  • whether you prefer mostly seated frames, mostly standing, or a mix
  • anything sensory: if you would rather skip busy areas or loud stretches of campus, we route around them
  • anything else that makes the day easier; you never need to justify a request

From there, the planning is our job. You arrive, we already know the route, and the session is about the photos from the first minute. If you would rather talk it through before booking, send us a message and we will figure out the plan together.

One of our grads, Kirandeep, put it simply in her review: “He made everything feel so comfortable and easy. His work is beautiful.” Comfortable and easy is the whole design brief for these sessions.
