How to pay.
Your deposit is paid by card when you book. The rest is due on the day of your session, and an Interac e-Transfer is the quickest way to send it. The balance in your confirmation email and in your account already includes HST: the amount shown there is what you send, with nothing to add on. Here is where it goes and what to write.

Open your banking app.
Choose Interac e-Transfer and add a new contact.

Send it to our payments address.

Your bank will show the name LILYANA IRENE A O’BRIEN. That is the name on our payments account, so you know it is going to the right place.

Enter your amount.
Send your balance, or your share of it. It is in your confirmation email and under Payments in your account, and it already includes HST. Adding a tip? The calculator below adds it up for you.

Write the message, then send.
Tell us whose booking it is for, so we can match your payment to it. The next part shows exactly what to write.

What to write in the message.
Your bank lets you add a short message to an e-Transfer. It is how we know which booking your payment belongs to, so please include these.
- The name on the bookingThe person who booked the session. In a group that is the organizer, even when you are paying your own share.
- Your own nameOnly if it is different from the name on the booking.
- Your session dateFor example 24 Oct.
- What it is forThe balance, and your tip if you added one, so the tip reaches your photographer.

Please leave everything else out. Never put a password, an access code or a card number in an e-Transfer message.
Tip calculator
Add a tip, if you would like.
Tips are never expected, and your photos are the same either way. If your session made your day, a tip is a kind way to say thank you, and it goes to your photographer.
Type in what you are paying and the calculator adds it up and writes your message for you. Nothing you type here is sent to us.
The calculator needs JavaScript. To work a tip out by hand, multiply what you are paying by 0.13, 0.15 or 0.20, and add it on.

After you send.
Keep your bank’s confirmation as your receipt. We add your payment to your booking by hand, so your account can take a little while to show it.
Paying as a group.
Everyone can send their own share. Use the organizer’s name in the message so every payment lands on the same booking.

Prefer a card? You can pay online from your account once your gallery is set up there, or by cash or card in person on the day.
Stay safe.
We only ever ask for e-Transfers to [email protected]. If a message asks you to send money anywhere else, do not send it, and tell us at [email protected].
